Skiing can be a very expensive sport, and the cost of skiing can add up in a hurry. If you are a beginner and do not want to spend massive amounts of money, then follow these steps in order to take ski lessons for cheap in Seattle, Washington.
If you live in Seattle, or the Seattle metro area, the Summit of Snoqualmie is about an hour drive on I-90 and is the closest ski resort to Seattle. Snoqualmie ski resort is a great place for beginners because the Summit West portion of the resort is mainly green (beginner) and blue (intermediate/beginner) runs. The gradual slope is a perfect place for beginner's to start when learning the basics of skiing and snowboarding, and the beginner lessons are the perfect way to get on the slopes without burning a huge hole in your pocket book.
The EZ 2 Learn program is an exclusive ski/snowboard lesson package that gives beginners the chance to get on the slopes and learn the fundamentals of ski/snowboard. The lesson package is extremely budget friendly. For $119, you will get the following:
3 Group Lessons (1 hr and 45 minutes for each lesson)
3 days of beginner lift tickets
3 days of equipment rentals (ski or snowboard package)
This is a great deal as rentals and a daily lift ticket will probably cost someone around $87 a day. The EZ 2 Learn program does not have to be used on specific days and people can choose the times and days that are most convenient for them. The only stipulation is that you cannot take all three lessons on the same day and that you have to use the program passes during the same ski year. People who are on a budget, but want to enjoy the pristine snowy climate should definitely check out the EZ 2 Learn ski/snowboard package at the Summit of Snoqualmie for a fun, yet wallet friendly experience.
