Dry facial skin-Wash your face with a moisturizing cleanser and place a warm, wet washcloth over it for five minutes. Then, in a blender, puree three slices of pineapple, one tablespoon of plain yogurt and three tablespoons of honey. Smooth onto your face and leave on for ten minutes then rinse and pat dry.
Dry hands-Mix together three tablespoons of sugar and one teaspoon of butter. Massage into hands for one minute then use a warm, wet towel to wrap around both hands. Leave on for three minutes, wipe away the excess and wash hands with a moisturizing hand wash. Dry hands and then massage a squalene oil into hands, paying extra attention to cuticles.
Dry hair-Steep 4-6 mint tea bags for ten minutes. Let cool and pour over dry hair. Then blend three drops of lemongrass oil into a cup a olive oil and massage into scalp, do not rinse. Shampoo and condition as usual.
Dry feet-Wet your feet then use a half of a lime dipped in sea salt to scrub over calluses. Soak feet for ten minutes in a basin filled with warm water and two cups of epsom salt. Dry and use a moisturizing foot cream.
