How to Spa Yourself at Home

When was the last time that you pampered yourself or took time to relax? Everyone deserves to be pampered at least once a week. Going to the Spa is quite expensive, so I'm going to show you how to bring the Spa into your own home. So, let's start pampering.

The first thing you will do is a facial, so put a light layer of Detoxifying Face Masque on your face, avoiding your eye lids and the sensitive part below your eye. Let it dry for about 10 minutes or until it's dry. It will make your face feel stiff while it's drying. When it is dry you will take a warm wash cloth and wipe it off. Make sure you get all of it off. After you have removed the masque you will splash your face with warm water and apply a small amount of the Warming Green Tea Masque on your middle fingers. Gently place your fingers, one on each of your cheeks, and massage the Green Tea Masque. Enjoy the warming effect as it leaves your skin deeply cleaned. Then you will get a cotton round and put a dab of toner on it. Gently wipe the cotton round on your face; this closes the pores so the dirt doesn't get back in. Apply a small amount of moisturizer on your face to finish your facial.

After your facial you will exfoliate your hands with Instant Hand Manicure. First you want to mix the Instant Hand Manicure really well making sure to get the Sea Salt mixed in with the oils. You will put a dime size amount on one of your hands and then rub your hands together. Pay attention to your cuticles and the skin in between your fingers. Rinse hands with warm water and dry off with a soft towel. You always want to use Extreme Repair Hand Crème after you exfoliate your hands to lock in the oils and prevent your skin from dehydrating. Squeeze a small amount on to your hands and rub the crème in. Make sure you get every part of your hand.

Next we will exfoliate our delicate lips with Lip Apeel. Apply a small amount on your lips avoiding the wet part on the inside of your lips. Let the mask dry without rubbing your lips together or touching them. Once they are dry you will rub your finger over your lips to get the dry skin that has attached to the mask. Wipe off the excess with a warm wash clothe. Then apply the lip balm that is on top of the Lip Apeel. Rub your lips together for a soft beautiful shine.

Turn the shower water on getting it to a nice warm temperature. Once your temperature is where you want it, you will get in the shower. Get your body wet; then step out of the stream of water. Mix the Brown Sugar Body Scrub to get the sugar mixed in with the oils. Apply a small amount on your arms, legs, and torso then gently rub it in. Rub the scrub for about a minute on each part of your body. Once you are done with that you will rinse the scrub off with the warm water to feel your silky smooth skin. You will apply the Brown Sugar Body Crème to your arms, legs, and torso after you are finished with your shower and have dried off.

The last step in the shower is the Margarita Foot Scrub to get all of your dry, dead skin off of your feet. Step out of the stream of water and gently squeeze the Margarita Foot Scrub on both of your feet. You will rub the scrub on your feet for a minute, per foot. After you have it rubbed in you will rinse them off with the warm water. Step out of the shower and dry off with a warm, soft towel. Once you have dried off and have applied the Brown Sugar Body Crème you will gently squeeze a small amount of Margarita Foot Crème on both feet. Place a warm spa sock on each foot to hold the moisture in.

Put the Therapeutic Neck Wrap in the microwave for two minutes. Remove the Nourishing Eye Pads from the refrigerator; then the Therapeutic Neck Wrap from the microwave. Go to a nice quiet place in your home. Put your relaxing spa CD in your CD player at a very low volume. Make sure you turn the lights off and light two scented, Sea Breeze, candles. Place the Neck Wrap around your neck and take a deep breath in to smell the relaxing aroma. Lay down on your couch with your head on your soft, fluffy couch pillow. Close your eyes and lay the chilled eye pad over each eye. Feel the stress leaving your body as you take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. Imagine that you are lying on the beach by yourself. You can smell the fresh salt water and feel the sand between your toes. Listen to the seagulls as they fly by. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out. You can hear the ocean waves lapping up onto the beach. Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out. When you feel like it remove your eye pads and come back to reality.

That is the way to spa yourself in your home. You should do this at least once a week to melt the stress away. You should share this with your family, friends, or anyone that you know that may be stressed. If you are having a bad week and feel more stress than normal you can repeat these steps every day.
