How to Stay Positive, Dispite These Tough Economic Times

Eve
Have you ever had an ambition that seemed a little weird or out of the ordinary? Have you ever wanted to take a trip somewhere exotic or interesting? Have you ever wanted something so badly that thing was all you could think about? These are simple basic human rights and we as people feel guilty (especially in times like these) wanting more out of life.

We think to ourselves that we are considerably "lucky" just to be able to put food on the table and feed our kids. We as people that still have jobs know how fortunate we are as we see our friends and family drop like flies out of the corporate work force. We are seeing well educated people that perhaps have been contributing to a company get tossed into the wind because companies need to "cut costs".

From personal experience losing a good job is almost one of the worst things that could ever happen to a person. There is something to be said for earning that paycheck. When you don't have it creates stress and chaos. Its easy to loose heart these days, but we have to rise out the ashes like the phoenix and believe in ourselves like never before.

We as a society need to stop worrying first of all. Now we need to take matters into our own hands. Government can only get us so far. Now is the time to rechart your course and set sail for a new adventure. We will have to start our own small businesses and maybe lean on each other for a while, but look at this as an opportunity to start all over! It feels good when you know that everything is going to be okay and with hard work, focus and drive you can turn your life around and become more prosperous than you ever thought possible.

Take a deep look within yourself and analyze what you are good at, what makes you want to get out of bed in the morning and do it. The Universe has a way of hooking us up if we trust in it, stay focused and believe it can happen for the best.

Our fore fathers came to this country with nothing because they wanted their freedom, we fought to be where we are today and we really have everything here. Even those of us that are considerably poor here in America are much better off than most other second and third world countries. We really do have so much opportunity here. There is money to made anywhere you go.

A friend once told me that "there is always a better deal around the corner". This is so true because even though we are in the worst economic state we have been in some time we can look back and see that it is inevitable that we will rise up out of hardship and overcome our obstacles. We did it during the"great depression" we started in industrial revolution as we began manufacturing our own products.

Come on America; its time to start another industrial revolution. So many other countries depend on us as we depend on them, but right now we need to focus on getting ourselves strong again then worry about everyone else. Use your talents God gave you and lets be happy America , we can work together, start something new and build this country stronger than ever before.
