1)GET PLENTY OF EXERCISE. The best way to increase your circulation is to get exercise. Try to exercise at least 4 times a week for at least 45 minutes at a time. This will help you stay warm in the winter.

2)TURN ON THE HEAT IN YOUR HOME--Turning on the heat in your home is a great way to stay warm in the winter. If money, wrap yourself around a plethora of blankets.

3)EAT SOUP AND HOT FOODS--Eating soup and hot foods is a great way to stay warm in the winter. It's no wonder that Campbell's soup does much of their marketing in the winter month.

4)WEAR PLENTY OF LAYERS WHEN OUTDOORS--Wearing multiple layers while outside is a great way to ward off the winter flu. Remember: Plenty of layers takes precendence over a big jacket. Multi-layers keeps you warmer.

5) DRINK COFFEE, HOT TEA, AND COCOA--These beverages will definitely warm you up in the cold winter months.
