How I Stop Terrorists by Using YouTube

Why I Report People Doing Illegal Activity on the Internet to the Authorities

Jim Buckler
As an American I like to watch videos on YouTube, I think it's a veritable treasure trove of entertainment. There are limitless amounts of interesting things to watch. It is also is very popular with young people. If you've ever visited the website YouTube, you will know that anybody can submit a video of themselves ranting about their insipid life. The last thing I want to see when I'm enjoying watching a video of a cat playing piano or videos of our soldiers fighting the war on terrorism in Iraq are videos of domestic terrorism supporters. As a concerned citizen, it bothers me to no end when I see videos of people doing drugs; they might as well be waving Hezbollah Flags because they are funding terrorists & terrorism. Videos of people trampling upon or burning American flags are bad enough but posting these videos encourages other people to break the law and become full-blown heroin addicts. As you may know already, terrorists groups such as the Taliban and al-Qaeda fund their operations from profits in the heroin trade.

Once people start trying marijuana, it leads to harder drugs such as Heroin, Crack and Crystal Meth. This is known as the Gateway drug theory. Even smoking cigarettes leads to this behavior, according to The National Institute on Drug Abuse "Nicotine Craving and Heavy Smoking May Contribute to Increased Use of Cocaine and Heroin" and "More than two-thirds of drug abusers are regular tobacco smokers, a rate more than double that of the rest of the population." Kids, let this be a warning to you: Don't smoke cigarettes if you don't want to become a cokehead or a dope fiend. If you want to damage your lungs and become some scum-sucking drug addict, I hope you die of an overdose.

While browsing YouTube, I stumbled upon a video of a young man ostensibly smoking marijuana in his room who even had a poster of the former energy drink named "Cocaine" emblazoned on his wall. I say ostensibly because marijuana was not actually visible in the video but he was definitely smoking out of a pipe in the video, the title of the video referenced marijuana and the video had the word marijuana and other drug terms "tagged" on the video. This drug addict looked like a hippie with his Tie-Dye shirt and long hair. I visited his personal website and it was filled with pro-pot information and other liberal garbage. I thought I would teach him a lesson and show him how "free" the United States really is. I looked up his address on a Whois database, a Whois database lets you look up the information of who owns an internet domain. I contacted the local police of his jurisdiction and supplied them with the URLs of the video and his website; I also contacted the local sheriff's office just to make sure they had a heads up on this guy and that the police followed through on my tip.

I feel like I'm a crusader against terrorism, by assisting the police put the kibosh on illegal drugs. When I report people to the police, they lose money from court costs and lawyer fees, effectively cutting off potential funding to Al Qaeda. I encourage any concerned citizen that sees a video of people engaging in illegal activities to play the role of internet detective. Don't just sit back and watch the morals of this great country erode and succumb to terrorism, use Google and Whois lookups to see if you can identify people in the videos and forward the information to the authorities.

According to the Department Of Homeland Security "The United States government's national threat level is Yellow or Elevated, meaning there is a "Significant Risk Of Terror Attacks". The risk for airline flight is even higher, it is the color Orange meaning there is a "High Risk Of Terror Attacks". Think about this while you decide whose side you are on, the terrorists or freedom loving America?
