Set each alarm clock time 20 minutes earlier than the next one. Place two of the alarm clocks at least 10 feet away from you in the room, and preferably in a high place near the light switch. If you can use a clock radio, put it on the loudest and on your most hated music station. Put one alarm clock just barely out of your reach from the bed.
If you have a cell phone you can usually set multiple alarms easily. Some phones also allow you to have an alarm sound go off for reminders, etc. If so utilize this.
If you have a really hard waking up, try locking a battery-powered alarm clock in a safe or drawer that needs a key. Or you can put it in a box that is inside other boxes. That way, you'll be forced to stay awake for at least a minute, by which point you'll realize you need to stay awake.
Just add more alarm clocks to be on the safe side. And set at least one alarm at the latest possible time you can wake up and still make it to where you need to go.
When the first alarm goes off get in the habit of switching the light on and going straight to the restroom. Wash your face and stretch your body a little.
If possible sleep flat on the floor so you will be less cozy when you wake up.
If you don't have alarm clocks or want more help, get a friend or relative to wake you up. Tell them that you authorize them to pour a cup of cold water on your face. Or ask them to just pull your feet until you almost fall off the bed. Perhaps you can tell a trusted friend to call you once they wake up.
Try to sleep in some multiple of 90 minutes though. This is roughly the amount of time it takes for you to go through a phase of your sleep cycle. You probably shouldn't try sleeping one hour only, or two hours - you may end up more groggy than you would have been if you had stayed awake. In really serious situations it may be wiser to just stay up all night.
With some discipline you can become efficient at waking up when you want to.
