How to Surprise Family Members with Big News on Valentine's Day

Have the words "Congratulations!" piped on it in frosting. Send your parents and possible wedding attendants invitations to the Valentine's party. Set up a buffet or sit down dinner in your home. Romance will be the theme with heart decorations and candlelight. Serve the meal and then bring on the cake.
