How to Survive in Zombieland - Additional Rules for a Higher Chance of Survival

Everyone enjoys a good zombie movies, but what happens when fantasy turns into reality? The zombie apocalypse will be upon us in the future and one has to have the sufficient knowledge in order to survive against zombie attacks. Just like in the movie Zombie Land, there are certain rules that need to be followed in order to have a higher chance of surviving. If you've already seen the movie, you already know a few of the rules, but there are many more rules that the movie does not cover. The rules that are covered in this article are not in order.

Rule # 65 - Never Split Up

They say that there is power in numbers and this goes the same for zombie attacks. If someone in your group commands that the group split up in order to efficiently find a way out of the building or to find supplies, this is a one way ticket to becoming a zombie meal. There is power in numbers as one person can be the lookout while the other person performs the task at hand.

Rule # 231 - Showers

There's nothing like becoming zombie food while being naked and vulnerable. Remember to lock all doors and check every corner of the bathroom before stripping down and taking a shower (or bath). Also, remember to be weary when coming out of the bathroom as well because a zombie might be patiently waiting for you to wash up so it can have a "clean" meal.

Rule # 372 - Always Carry a Weapon

Many people do not carry weapons and would rather run then fight back against a group of the living dead. Regardless of fleeing or fighting, a smart person will always carry a weapon of some sort. My personal favorite is the kitana.

Rule # 53 - Exit Strategy

When finding a place to eat or sleep, remember to observe all exit points. There's nothing like getting surprised attack by zombies and not knowing which way to go to exit the building. Also, do not go into buildings with little to no exit points as this is a sure fire way to die.

If you follow these rules, then you will be able to survive through the zombie apocalypse.
