How to Make Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Things You'll Need -

2 cups instant brown rice
10 ounces frozen cooked, peeled and deveined small shrimp (71-90 count size)
2 teaspoons canola oil
sitr-fry 1 cup frozen green sweet soybeans
5 ounces fresh snow peas
1 1/4 cups canned pineapple chunks
1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce

Preparation -

1) Cook 2 cups instant brown rice according to package directions and thaw 10 ounces frozen cooked, peeled and deveined small shrimp (71-90 count size) under cold running water.

2) In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons canola oil and stir-fry 1 cup frozen green sweet soybeans (shelled) for 2 minutes.

3) Add 5 ounces fresh snow peas (strings removed). Sitr 1 more minute.

4) Now add 1 1/4 cups canned pineapple chunks (drained), thawed shrimp and 1/2 cup purchased sweet and sour sauce.

5) Continue sitr-fry cooking till all ingredients are heated through.

6) Serve them with brown rice.
