How to Take a Bath

JR Smith
It's amazing the number of things we take for granted these days. And they really are numerous. Clean water, food, shelter, and family are typically just a few examples of what I'm talking about. Another would be our health. Not many people really take into to account or even know the kinds innovations over the years that have attributed to greater health for people of this era. One of the most important innovations is the ability to take a bath. This is truly something that has only been viewed as important over the last century or so. There are a couple of other things that came about to make this a possibility, such as clean water and the use of soap for bacterial killing protection. All of this leads to the necessity of how to take a bath, a task many people overlook or take for granted.

One of the first things you'll need would be the bath tub. Or a large porcelain tub that has enough room to fit you would be most appropriate. You'll also need a plug so that the water can't seep out of the tub while bathing. The next step would be to have the proper soap or body wash for your needs. Place this into the tube near the drain so that it can mix in with the water while it is being poured or ran in. This leads to the next, fairly obvious step, of putting water into the tub. Without it there wouldn't be any sort of way to use and wash off the soap and it would be rather unpleasant to just sit in a bare tub. Make sure not to over fill the bath as you personally will displace some of the water in there.

Now the soapy water is very important as the water isn't moving. In a way you will be sitting in your own filth as it floats around you. The soap is necessary to kill the bacteria plus it can be fun to play in the bubbles if that is your thing. The lack of running water is also a problem for washing your hair. It is recommended that if you are suffering from a particularly dirty day that you take a shower in order not to be sitting with any of the dirt or grime around you.

This has been your lesson on how to take a bath. Hopefully, you can use this info before next time you step into the bathroom.
