How to Tell You Need a New Computer or Just Fix the One You Have

Some computers last longer than others. Some of them are in good shape but contain many files and viruses . But how can you tell if your computer is really busted, can't support the new software or if it just has a virus on it? Well, it's time you find out how you can tell.

Your computer is very slow, it is a new model and it used to be running really quickly.
Well there are many different things that may be happening to your computer. The first thing is a virus, spy ware or something else has somehow gotten onto your computer. To get rid of them, you could simply either download a free antivirus. But that isn't a good idea, as most of them are of bad quality or require you to pay. I recommend getting Mcafees and Norton antivirus. These two are great but require you to buy them in store or online.

My computer cannot run most of the new programs that are needed to open websites.
Either your computer is too old to support the software that is downloadable or your computer has a real problem. If your computer is old, then that means you must buy a new one or upgrade the things in your computer. The best thing to do is to buy a new computer and start over, this way you can not only use all the new softwares but you won't need to upgrade your computer for a while. If your computer is somewhat new or 'fresh' then this means your computer can either:
-not run the program because some files are lost.
-not find the files on your computer
-you didn't download the program.
If you cannot run the program try redownloading it. If not then this means your computer cannot support it. If your computer cannot find the files, try redownloading them.

Now to the real question! How do i tell if i need a new computer?
-Check which type of computer you have, is it a 'Windows 98 or a Windows XP?' Usually when you start your computer it tells you which one you have.
-Check if your computer can support all the new software such as Java, macromedia and flash. If not then you can either upgrade your computer or get a new one.
-If you have a virus that you cannot remove, look up for how to reformat(restart) your computer, this means that you will have to save all your files you find important because everything will be lost after the process.
-If you have any broken computer equipment such as your keyboard or screen, you can just buy a new one. But if all else fails, it may be the harddrive, meaning you'll need to buy a new computer.

Which computers do you recommend i buy?
There are several reliable companies i have actually tried, most of them i've heard good from. And a few of them are mostly made for certain type of computer uses.
The first one is Dell, Dell is a company that makes computers and computer equipment. You can only buy these ones online.
AlienWare is a company that makes computers for gaming. But that doesn't mean you'll use it for that purpose. The computers by alienware are probably the quickest i've ever seen, but very expensive.
Apple is a company that makes iPods and other electronics. This means they also make computers. Their computers are more for artists, but again you do not need to use it for that purpose.
IBM is another company that makes electronics. Although i haven't used one before, i have heard good things of this company.

Finally i'd like to say that your computer is not at all important unless your working with computers. But these days computers are a reliable thing. If you make sure your computer is well and download the proper software to keep your computer safe from viruses and other dangers to your computer, you will not need to buy a new computer for a while.
