How Can You Tell If a Business is a Fraud?

How can you tell if a business is a fraud?

If you don't know what to look out for you could be in very big trouble. First thing's first, you should always carry a little notebook around with you and a pen, so when ever you have a question come up in your thought's you can write it down.

Asking question's is the key to everything, the key to knowledge as I call it, anything worth having, always takes a key to get in , but that key is earned, once you have that key , you don't want someone just coming up out of no where and taking it from you.

We are always having to protect what is oar's , once you have lived around people for a while you know for the most part who you can trust and be neighborly with, the same is true in the work place, but once you venture out and start a whole new role in life it can be very tricky and scary, because you always have to watch your back, there's to many people who are crooked so for a while you won't know who to trust, unless you have good instinct's about people.

If you are young, say 20 as apposed to someone who is 40, you may not have those instincts yet, not saying you won't have them, but that usually comes with age and learning as you go.

So since you ask about this in the first place, that tells me that you are aware of some things not being right in the world, and you can never ask to many questions, there is no such thing, when you stop asking questions then you should worry, or you should be teaching.

So if you go into a business and everything is new, or you are working with people but began to feel like something wasn't right, you should watch this person for a short period of time and take note of what you feel is wrong with the situation.

People in general no matter who they are when they are up to no good, they look and talk with a nervousness about them, look out for questions that are not relevant at the time of asking, like financial matters, or personal questions, if they don't know you, there are some things they might ask, but always stay away from financial matters with strangers, if you have a lot at stake and don't feel right, then move on to something else, you want to be happy also.

Always get you a financial advisor to go over things like contracts and making sure everything is up to date, make sure there are no law suits against the company or business that hasn't been resolved.

The best thing in the whole wide world, is to have a good amount of common sense, and people instinct, then you should have it made.
