How to Throw a December 21, 2012 End of the World Party

7 Tips for Hosting that Perfect 2012 End of the World Spectacular

Around Christmastime in 2012, there will be one holiday that can be celebrated no matter what culture you are from: the 2012 End of the World Bash. The 2012 end of the world will be a global event, a one-of-a-kind celebration. Start planning now to have the very best End of the World party possible!

2012 End of the World Party Tip #1: Plan Your Time
The jury is still out on exactly what time of day the December 21, 2012 end of the world will happen, so it is best to start early. Have flexible events planned throughout the day so when the 2012 end of the world event happens you will be prepared.

Also, since no one knows which disaster will strike first, it is best to keep all of your 2012 end of the celebrations close together. You wouldn't want to miss the best parties just because you didn't plan for that 8 AM earthquake or that noontime flooding.

2012 End of the World Party Tip #2: Plan Your Supplies
If you thought trying to get that honey-baked ham at Thanksgiving was a chore, imagine trying to find canned food items, salt, and even batteries in a nuclear winter! Stock up on all the necessities in advance, just on the off-chance that you survive the initial 2012 end of the world destruction.

Water, non-perishable goods, and flashlights will do much to make your party a success. Try to stay away from desserts that have eggs in them or anything else that can go bad. If you are around to see the 22nd, you'll be wishing you had gotten more appropriate food for your 2012 end of the world party.

2012 End of the World Party Tip #3: Plan Appropriate Music
Your music choices will do much to set the tone of your celebration, and should be specific to you and your friends. Some will want such hits as R.E.M.'s "It's the End of the World As We Know It" and Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire." The more conservative party-goers might prefer hymns like the classic "Amazing Grace" and "I'll Fly Away."

One important musical note to avoid in planning your 2012 end of the world party is the use of emo and country music, or anything else with depressing and defeatist lyrics. You certainly won't make it through earth's destruction with a negative attitude!

2012 End of the World Party Tip #4: Plan Your Location
For an event of this magnitude, you will want the best possible location. Since no one knows just yet what the 2012 end of the world will bring, it is recommended you find a location that will be as safe as possible given all potential circumstances.

Consider finding high ground for your 2012 end of the world party. Higher ground will give you a better view of anything that might fall from the sky, and will keep you safe from rising flood waters. Also, avoid places with falling rocks or fault lines. You would hate to miss out on the last moments of earth's existence just because you were unfortunate enough to have had a boulder fall on your head or be swallowed up in the earth.

2012 End of the World Party Tip #5: Invite Your Closest Friends and Family
Never underestimate the value of certain people to your successful party. If the 2012 end of the world is really to be the biggest event in 26,000 years, you need to make sure you have all the right people.

Be certain that those closest to you are all at your party. In those final moments, you may want to make up for any wrongs you have done to them. Also, you will likely be giving hugs and crying alongside all those present at your 2012 end of the world bash, so you'll want to make sure that these are the people you are comfortable being yourself around.

2012 End of the World Party Tip #6: Plan to Protect Your Party
Other revelers on December 21, 2012 may not be as giving and civil as you and your guests, so it might be a good idea to set up protection for your 2012 end of the world party. Be prepared with a firearm for each of your friends and family, as well as several mounted turrets in case things get really hairy.

This preparation can also be tied into 2012 End of the World Party Tip #4, as location means everything. Higher ground will give you the advantage once again should the big event cause people to begin rioting and looting. Also, a location with a built-in fallout shelter will be a definite plus.

2012 End of the World Party Tip #7: Have Fun!
If these are to be your last few hours on earth, you want to make them count. Go all out on your 2012 end of the world party. If you are a spontaneous socialite, have fun games like the world domination favorite "Risk" or the ever-popular "Game of LIFE." If you're more of a movie person, consider such classics as Armageddon and The Day After Tomorrow.

Regardless of your plans, make going out in style a priority. The world is a fun place, and you won't have access to it for long. Try not to do anything you would regret, though, as there is always the possibility that the world will remain even beyond your 2012 end of the world party. And don't forget to make your 2012 end of the world party a day for the history books!

As I am living now in Mexico,I feel I have to "celebrate" this huge event which I and may others believe is the ending of our consciousness as we know it and the lifting of the veil.....I am looking forward to the end of this greedy, destructive and corrupt world. Bring it on! Hasta la vista, baby!

Jesus was man when He said that. Now after He rose He became God again and is in heaven so He will sure know when it will end because He is sitting in heaven which is outside of time, so in affect he can see everything from beginning of time to end, He sees it all. Now when the saints who are true Christians rise to heaven they will also sit outside of time and will know everything also. They will also see all from the beginning of time until the end. So it would seem that the saints and those with the gift of prophecy have some insight into what will happen that's how they wrote the revelations book in the bible through God. It takes some deep thought to come to conclusions like this.

This is crazy. The Bible says that Jesus Christ Himself said He did not know when that day would come. Only the Father God knew. If Christ Himself doesn't know, how can some humans know? You think God will reveal to people before revealing this event to Jesus? The truth is we DO NOT KNOW when Jesus will come back, but one thing is sure: He will. These are just signs that He is not kidding.
