How Toremember Someon's Name

It's so embarrassing and awkward when you forget someone's name isn't it? You feel forgetful, stupid and rude.

There are some easy ways that can help you remember someone's name.

Pay attention!

When you are being introduced to someone, pay attention to his or her name! Make a mental note of it. You'll need to really focus on mentally saying their name whilst they are still in your presence.

Use it or lose it!

Use that persons name at least 3 times in the next conversation that you have with them. Repetition always helps memory.

Write it down.

When that person has gone, whilst the image of their face is fresh in your mind, write their name down. It's a well-known fact that writing things down helps you remember them!

Look.

Look at their face; do they have a distinguishing feature? Big brown eyes? A moustache? Remember that feature, and then assign that image to their name.
