How to Transfer Your iPod Playlist to Your Computer

Well since iTunes only allows you to put songs on your iPod, there is no way to transfer your playlist from your iPod to your computer using iTunes. Although you can't do it on iTunes there is a way you can still take your songs from your ipod on to your computer. All you have to do is follow a few easy steps.

1. Click Start. Then go to My Computer

2. This step is very important. Go to Tools on the top toolbar. Then go to Folder Options. Once your in Folder Options click View. Then where it says Hidden Files and Folders you simply click the option to Show Hidden Files and Folders.

3. After you have done that you can proceed to then click on your ipod in My Computer. It should be under (E:)

4. There should now be a slightly faded color folder that says iPod Control. Click that folder and afterwards simply go to Music.

5. There will be a few folders with F00,F01,F02,etc in front of them. All your music is placed under these folders. To transfer them to your computer you can very easily just drag and drop them to any place on your computer.

As you can see Transferring your ipod playlists to your computer can be very easy and can come in handy when your computer crashes or somehow you lose all your music on Itunes, especially when you have huge playlists like mine. I hope you can use this method in the future and tell your friends as well.
