The cause of hay fever is an allergic reaction to pollen, dust, pollution and irratating that spread through our atmosphere. Some symptoms are sneezing, runny noise, soar throat. Here are a few ways you can treat this terrible and contagious disease.
Step 1
Try to limit your time outdoors when hay fever is at its worst. The most pollen is in the morning and evening. So I would advise a hay fever victim to go outside during the afternoon.
Step 2
Use air conditioner instead of fans. Try to seal all of your windows in your house. Window fans and be contaminated with great amounts of pollen.
Step 3
Try to close the external vents in your car. Use your air conditioner instead. You will be better off.
Step 4
Get someone else to do your yard work. Cutting grass and messing with flowers can stir up pollen which we DON'T want to do.
Step 5
Take very good baths and make sure to wash your hands every hour or two. Make sure to get plenty of sleep.
