How Do You Turn Off The Page Navigation 'Click' Sound In Internet Explorer?

Miss Fortune
After being strong-armed in to using Internet Explorer to navigate one single website I grew extremely tired of hearing a click every time I switched a page. I searched online to try to find a way to turn if off with no success. I am sure that there is way to do this through the Internet Options on Internet Explorer but they don't exactly make it easy to find things or know exactly what you are doing when you click one of their options.

1. From the Audio bar on your toolbar, select "Sound" (hover and right click your mouse). On most computers this is the little speaker icon on the bottom right side of the screen
2. You will see the Windows grouping of sounds, scroll down until you see the list for Windows Explorer. It should be second on the list about half way down the scroll list.
3. Next to the listings for Complete Navigation and Start Navigation. You need to select one of them, scroll down the Sound Scheme list and select "none" (it may be at the top of your list).
4. You have to hit the Apply button for it to take effect.
5. You will need to do both of the Navigation sounds to be able to surf without clicking sounds with Internet Explorer.

Most of the time I use FireFox or Opera when I am online but Associated Content is being fickle; Internet Explorer seems to be the only browser that allows me to stay logged in when navigating from page to page. IE is far from perfect but until AC fixes whatever gremlin is stealing the cookies when reading and rating, I am stuck with it.
