Get a Powerful Nuclear Power Plant for Your SimCity Creator!
Unlock Nuclear Power Plant in SimCity Creator Step 1:
Check your city's current education level by clicking on the "Graphs" icon and scroll until you see the education statistics. This gives you an idea of how many education points you need.
Unlock Nuclear Power Plant in SimCity Creator Step 2:
View your educational building's statistics by selecting the magnifying glass from the toolbar and mousing-over each educational building to see its capacity. Educational buildings are schools, libraries, opera houses, universities and museums. Make sure none of these buildings are at or over 100% capacity, as this brings your education level down. Ideally, your educational buildings should be running at 40 percent capacity.
Unlock Nuclear Power Plant in SimCity Creator Step 3:
Place educational facilities throughout your city. Building additional schools, libraries, opera houses, universities and museums add to your city's educational level. Continue placing educational buildings as each year passes, all while keeping an eye on your buildings' capacity. Continue this process until you reach 115 education points. This may take a while to complete. Also, keep an eye on your money. While buying the most expensive educational buildings gives you more educational points-and thus, can help you reach 115 points faster-the nuclear power plant is expensive. If you don't have enough money to buy the power plant, it doesn't matter if you cannot purchase the item!
Unlock Nuclear Power Plant in SimCity Creator Step 4: Place the nuclear power plant in your city once you receive the message it has unlocked. You may wish to destroy your older, outdated (and more pollutant!) power plants with the nuclear plant, as the fuel burns much cleaner and improves your statistics. The nuclear power plant also increases your city's power output. At this point in the game, it is the most powerful power plant available. Also keep in mind, it is the most expensive to purchase, so keep an eye on your finances. Make sure to save up your money while in the process of reaching 115 education points.
