2 ounces Spelt Macaroni
2 slices Soy Cheese
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 TBS Flour
1 TBS Soy Parmesan Cheese

Directions for How to Make Vegan Macaroni and Cheese

Bring a pot of water to a boil.

Add macaroni to the boiling water and let it cook for seven to 10 minutes.

Drain the pasta and set aside.

Return the pot to the stove keeping the heat on low. Add the milk, flour, salt and cheese. Cook until melted.

Pour the macaroni into the pot and mix with the melted ingredients. Stir until coated and pour into a bowl.

Add soy Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
Tip
Substitute rice or soy milk for almond milk. Substitute rice or almond cheese for soy cheese.Choose healthier flour options like oat,or whole wheat.Add flavor by using your choice of seasonings like garlic and ground black pepper.
