Did I mention that many famous people have owned or Road a Vespa Scooter? Including Charlie Chaplin, Dennis Hopper, John Wayne, and Tiger Woods. And has been featured in countless movies including American Pie, Austin Powers and countless others.
With a Company History dating back to 1940's you can count on buying the best quality for your money. Besides all the benefits of being economy friendly with low emissions you will meet a ton of new people cruising the open roads with one of these beautiful scooters.
1. Vespa Lx 50 - 2009
Price Estimate: $3,300
Made after the original classic build by Piaggio in 1946. This scooter would be great to run errands on or to have as a college student. It has all the comfort and benefits every Vespa Scooter has with being fuel friendly and not bad on emissions. I recommend checking local Classified Ad's to find the best deal.
2. Vespa LXV - 2009
Estimate: $5,500
This Vespa Scooter in my opinion would be great for a Retired Senior Citizen that would like to save on Gas because of the bad economy. They would be easily able to go to the local library and grocery store or even park with that spending so much money on gas. Best of all with the ease of parking they can always get close to the doors.
3. Vespa GTS 250 - 2009
Price Estimate $6,000
This Vespa Scooter is definitely more Sporty then the others and would rate up there with a lower engine motorcycle. With this extra power you would definitely be able to make it up the biggest hills with out any loss of power. This would definitely be a good scooter to take your Motorcycle License test with or to even practice with.
I hope this article been helpful. As far as buying one I highly recommend you looking in the classifieds of your local news paper or searching with your favorite search engine and finding a local Vespa Dealer near you.
Remember the key benefits of owning one of these scooters is the easy of access to traffic and locations being low on gas cost and emissions and most of all a new adventure everyday! Take Care & God Bless
