How I was Robbed of My Inheritance

K.M.Baving
I inherited a trust from my great aunt of $28,000. The trustee never contacted me to inform me about this. The trustee made an assumption and an error and sent my money to a third party when I was only 19 years old.

The third party fraudulently was able to cash the check. The supporting evidence is on public records with the Perry County Courthouse. This is into the second court proceeding pertaining to my inheritance. This is costing me 1/3 a my inheritance to hire an attorney to take the case. Now I also attempted to file criminal charges on the third party but was informed that it was too late according to the statute of limitations for criminal charges.

To date, the trustee as well as the third party have not been forced to pay me a dime. This is an unfortunate event that can easily happen to anyone. Please act quickly when your loved ones become deceased. I will continue to proceed till I get what my loved great aunt has left me. I know she is looking down from heaven shaking her finger at these people for doing this wrong to me. I will keep you posted on my personal case.

Hi, I am having a similar situation. My mother and I took care of my grandfather my whole life, going over twice a week to grocery shop make the bed ,clean the house. My mother suddenly passed and it was devestating to me. I moved to colorado, and at some point my grandfather passed, and nobody informed me. His trust was to be left to my mom. Since she passed wouldn't it go to me?

Appearently my aunt became the executor. Anytime my grandpas money was mentioned she would get defensive and I was warned not to open the hornets nest. She is a successful bar owner, didn't need the money. She passed away this week and I don't know where to go from here.

I am all over the place, internet wise, so if you could please contact me at lil.jami@gmail.com. I doubt I will be able to find this page again, and I am searching for answers.
