How to Watch Movies on MySpace

Let's say you're sitting at home, bored, on a Saturday afternoon. You feel like you've already seen every YouTube video ever made, commented every friends' pic (twice) and as always, there's nothing good on TV. But all you really want to do is sit back and watching a good movie. Well, guess what? You can now actually watch all kinds of cool movies right from MySpace. MySpace has partnered up with Hulu and is now offering a pretty good selection of movies for MySpace users to watch and enjoy right on their computer screens. Here's what you need to know:

Movie Selection on MySpace

To get to the movie selection on MySpace, just sign in to your MySpace profile and click on Video tab located on the menu bar. From there, you want to click on Primetime to get to the MySpace movie page. Scroll down about halfway down the page and click on Movies to view the full movie library available on MySpace.

The movie selection will change from time to time as Hulu adds new movies into the rotation, but you'll be surprised at what a wide variety of movies they have available. Guys will love movies such as The Fast and the Furious, King Kong, X-Men, all three movies in The Bourne Identity trilogy and The Simpsons Movie. If you're looking for a good romantic comedy, try watching Along Came Polly, In Her Shoes or The Devil Wears Prada. Even kids can find a good movie to watch like Ice Age, Jonah: A Veggie Tales Movie or Jurassic Park.

Watching a Movie on MySpace

Once you've settled on the movie you want to watch, just click on the movie title. This will take you that that movie's channel where you can view the movie from. For a better viewing experience, watch the movie in Full Screen mode.

Rate and Comment Movies on Myspace

MySpace Videos lets you rate movies that you've watched. Each rating contributes to a final rating score that helps MySpace users and movie watchers know which movies are worth watching and which aren't. You can also leave comments on the movie's page to let other MySpace users know exactly what you thought of the movie.

Share the Movie with other friends on MySpace

If you're really loving a particular movie that you've seen on MySpace, you can share that movie with your MySpace friends. Click on the Bulletin This option to share the movie in a bulletin to all your MySpace friends. Click on the Blog This option to share the movie in your MySpace blog. Or you can Click on Add to Profile to add the movie directly to your MySpace profile.
