Ideas, Ways and Tips as to How You Can Win and Keep Customers

Any business needs customers or clients of some sort to stay alive, but how do you keep and win customers, when say your customers are offering better products or even better prices? SIMPLE: Don't try to beat them instead join them, below are some other ideas, ways and tips for getting and keeping customers:

1. Always ask your customers what they want, find out what they want, need, crave and like and them fulfil these wants and needs.

2. Treat your customers as individuals not as sheep, and treat each customer you have as though they are your only customer, treat them as king or queen and really value their custom, as once they feel unloved and undervalued they will just switch to using your competitors.

3. Produce and send out regular customer surveys and similar, to ensure you keep your customers sweet, it is best to know what there sweet tooth is, what they want, and what you are lacking. Customer surveys and similar are essential to keep your customer base.

4. Always reward your customers and provide customer satisfaction in any and every way that you can - You will reap the rewards later down the line.

5. Make sure your customer care is of A star quality.

6. Always stay in touch and in contact with your customers and clients, be it an email, a letter a sales coupon or a phone call, keep in touch with your customer base and let them know how much they are valued.

7. Rewards your loyal customers, be it with a prize, or with a discount, offer them something of value or of perceived value that they will appreciate or benefit from.

8. Always say thank you.

9. Offer referral incentives to your existing customers. Get them to tell their friends and get new customers for you, and reward them in return, be it with a discount, some freebies and so on.

10. Always undertake some market research, at least once every quarter, research and find out what your competitors are offering, what customers want, and what they do not want. Conduct market research and put the results to good use.

11. Always make each and every customer/client feel loved and appreciated.
