If you have enemies, try to transform them into friends. If somebody makes you nervous and you have an impulse to be violent towards them, be gentle and patient with this person. Always be good, humble and calm.
When you are too irritated, don't do anything. Stay quiet and silent.
Silence is medicine. When you don't know the answer, when you cannot find the correct words, or when your words are certain to provoke a fight, simply wait and think, without saying anything.
Practice economy with your vocabulary, don't talk too much and don't reveal your inner thoughts to everyone.
Examine everything with caution, paying attention to all the details.
Always fear the worst. Always be prepared to face an unexpected problem, a failure or a bad reaction from someone. However, live hoping for the best and expecting the best, aside from your caution.
You need to ponder everything. Don't be too much one thing or the other: be a little bit of this and a little bit of that - a person that can fit everywhere and communicate with everyone.
However, you should have your own opinion about everything. Don't agree with everyone only to be accepted or admired. Be original, be yourself. But don't exaggerate: feel the environment; try to understand the point at which you can be free or not.
Be simple, sincere and easy to understand. Don't be enigmatic and complicated, otherwise others will be afraid of you and they won't show you who they really are.
Forgive everyone automatically and always try to correct what is wrong. Never complain and never fight with anyone: don't waste your time with what is not helpful and will only make you sad.
Try to solve all your problems with goodness and understanding, even when you face evil. Always be an angel, but don't be naïve. Be very cautious and avoid all the traps along the way.
If you need more guidance, start caring for your dreams and learn how to decipher their meaning, so that you may learn how to really be wise for life, from the best professor and doctor that you could ever find in existence: the wise unconscious mind who produces your dreams in order to protect your mental health and help you develop your intelligence completely, until you become a genius.
