Start off by writing about what the preschool looks like. This will give the reader a mental picture of the school. Things you can ask yourself that would help you write about the school are: How big is the school? How many children normally attend the school? What is does the school have that would be fun for children?
Share with the reader where the location of the school is and how much it costs to enroll their child. This will further help the reader decide if they are close to the location and if they can afford to send their child to that particular school. Someone may like the benefits of the school however after being informed of the price they may not decide to enroll their child.
Then in the following paragraphs write about the benefits of the school. You can start with your overall impression of the teachers who are in the classroom. Things you can mention are: How are the teachers interacting with the children? Do the children seem happy? What is the teacher's demeanor? What did the teachers do during your visit to the classroom? How did the teachers interact with you?
Talk about the curriculum used. Are they structured in their curriculum? For example, do they have a theme each week and revolve activities centered on the theme. Are they unstructured. In other words, are they spontaneous and just do whatever comes to mind for that day. I usually note the philosophy of the program in the review. This will give the reader a good idea believes of the preschool.
Make sure to add to the review anything else that you think maybe important. For example, I wrote a preschool review on a school that required parent participation. Some parents maybe able to participate in the classroom but some may not because of their job. So I made sure I mentioned this in the article to help the reader to fully decide if this is a program they have their child participate.
By writing an excellent preschool review you are giving the reader a snapshot of what the overall preschool is like. You can end the preschool review with either recommending it or not. Summarize what you think about the curriculum, environment and staff. This will further validate your overall view of the school.
