Howard K. Stern Found Guilty in Anna Nicole Smith Drug Case

Howard K. Stern found guilty in Anna Nicole Smith drug case. A jury in California has convicted Anna Nicole Smith's boyfriend and psychiatrist on several counts. Anna Nicole Smith's other doctor, Dr. Kapoor, who was also charged, was acquitted today of all charges.

Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith's boyfriend and common law husband and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich her psychiatrist were charged with multiple counts of conspiring to obtain illegal prescription drugs for Smith and using false names to do so.

Dr. Khristine Eroshevich was with Anna Nicole Smith shortly before she died in 2007 in Florida. Dr. Eroshevich left for the airport and flew back to California just hours before Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental drug overdose.

It is not surprising to hear Howard K. Stern found guilty in Anna Nicole Smith drug case because he was so close to the starlet and he would do anything to keep her happy. Smith would not be happy about this conviction, but if laws are broken, one must pay the price. There are probably many other celebrities and wealthy individuals that obtain prescription drugs in this way and it must stop.

With the death of Michael Jackson last year it has come to the attention of the public that private personal doctors can be pushed by celebrities and rich people to do things they know are wrong.

Anna Nicole Smith, whose real name is Vicki Lynn Marshall became famous because of her Marilyn Monroe good looks and her short marriage to oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall ll.

Anna Nicole Smith was depressed and saddened by the unexpected death of her 21 year old son the day after her new born daughter arrived. Danny died in the hospital room just one day after DannieLynn was born. Nine months later Anna Nicole Smith was also dead. Both died of drug overdoses. DannieLynn is now with her father Larry Birkhead after a brief custody dispute with Stern.

Stern had been Anna Nicole's friend, lover and unpaid attorney for many years. He worshiped Anna and would do anything she wanted. Apparently even criminal activity.

Why Howard K. Stern found guilty in Anna Nicole Smith drug case along with Dr. Eroshevich, but Dr. Kapoor was acquitted we may never know. Dr. Kapoor clearly knew as much as the other two.

Now that Howard K. Stern found guilty in Anna Nicole Smith drug case we will need to wait until next week to hear the sentencing.
