The spacious seats offer a comfortable stay, even through today's modern cinematography and the popcorn is some of the best in town. A full concession bar is available with popcorn, beverages and candy to handle all of the moviegoers snacking needs. The Howell Theater offers special promotional days to help local residents get a break on the cost of seeing the most popular movies, while honoring the diversity of those who live in the area.
Just about every day of the week has some sort of special. Mondays are the night to watch movies for young lovers as well as long lasting relationships. Known as Date Combo Mondays, two tickets, popcorn and soda are only $20.00 for a "cheap" date that is sure to satisfy. Tuesdays at the Howell Theater are known as Mommy Matinees were children under 4 years of age get in to the movie free. On Wednesdays, Senior Citizens can take advantage of Senior Day with all shows being just $8.00, which includes popcorn and a pop.
Thursdays are Bring a Friend Day at the Howell Theater. This special package includes two tickets, two tubs of popcorn and two beverages for just $16.00. However, if you have more than one special friend, or a movie loving family you'll want to visit the Howell Theater on Sundays for Family Day. At $10 per person, you get 4 tickets, 4 tubs of popcorn and 4 soda pops for $40. However, if you want to forgo the savings on popcorn and beverages you can get in to the Howell Theater for the movie of your choice for just $6.00 all day every Monday through Thursday.
Parents and young couples will love the Howell Theater's Dinner and a Movie night that combines two movie tickets and a mouth-watering dinner at the popular nearby Cleary's Pub for only $30.00. The Howell Theater is often seen as a small town Howell secret when movies in nearby theaters and cinemaplexes cost $8.00 or more per ticket, and popcorn and a beverage can run you another $8.00.
The Howell Theater is also available for fundraisers, birthday parties, training seminars and any event where you may need a big screen to add to your presentation. You can even host a wedding reception or club meeting at the Howell Theater. The auditoriums can accommodate film showings of up to 400 patrons at a time and offer excellent acoustics. Both 35 mm projectors and digital projectors are available for special event use. The Howell Theater even offers catering for your special event.

Post a CommentThe Howell Theater, sadly, closed its doors May 2009. The Howell Theater is up for sale. However, the next buyer will most likely NOT continue to operate the building as a small town theater.
