Hit the "New" button and type "CLASSPATH" in the Variable Name field.
Type "CLASSPATH=C:Program FilesJavajdk1.6.0_03in;%CLASSPATH%" in the Variable Value field.
Hit "New" again and type "PATH" for the Variable Name.
And type "C:Program FilesJavajdk1.6.0_03in" for the Variable Value.
Hit "OK" and close the system windows.
Open the Start Menu again and go to Run (or seach in Vista) and type "CMD".
In the command prompt that pops up type "javac".
3. No-IP Set Up

Create a new dynamic redirect with a name of your choosing.
Start the No-IP software and log in.
Click the check box next to the redirect you created.
4. Downloading a Source
For this tutorial we will be using MoparScape.
Download MoparScape from www.moparscape.org/smf/index.php/topic,6915.0.html.
5. Compiling
Unzip the archive you downloaded in Step 4.
Open Notepad and type

Save this file in the folder you extracted the source into as "Compile.BAT". This is very important, do NOT save it as .TXT. It MUST be .BAT.
