1. Neem or margosa tree (English) or Azadirachta indica (Botanical name). is a multipurpose herb, which is recommended in every type of ailment. Neem act as anti bacterial, anti parasitic, anti fungal, anti protozoal and anti viral thus helps in protection from all the micro-organisms, which are always ready to invade in our body causing serious ailments.
2. Apply Neem oil in the rectum, if your child weeps due to itching or rashes
3. Osmium sanctum has also got de-worming properties. If you eat the raw leaves you will not get bad odor.
4. Tender neem leaves are has better de-worming ability. Take handful of tender neem leaves, oscimum leaves and neem spike (vein). Add two numbers of the outer skin of chbulic myrobalan. Grind ingredients into fine paste. While grinding, add cissus quadrangularis (Asthisonhara, Chadhuri, Chaudhari) juice. From the paste make small 3-5 gm tablets. Dry it in a shady place. Preserve it in a bottle.
5. When ingested with worms, give one tablet mixed in one table spoon of castor oil in the morning. This medicine has purgative effect. So you get loose motion. But it is sure that all your worms will come out. Repeat this treatment at regular intervals till you are thoroughly de-wormed.
6. You may give raw carrot to eat at regular intervals. Carrot also has de-worming properties.
How to avoid worm ingestion?
1. Do wash your hands and foot often. It is a must after you go to bathroom. Also instruct your child to do so.
2. Do cut your nails.
3. Do not allow water to stagnate around your home.
4. Do not buy meat if you suspect.
5. Do not handle your food and drink with your unclean hands
6. Do not eat meat not cooked properly
7. Do not drink unhygienic water or other drinks
8. Do not walk with bare foot and avoid Hook worm infestation
