Some say that global warming will lead to a catastrophe of Biblical proportions. Others say that the whole global warming scare is just media hype and a witch hunt. Still others say that the earth is actually cooling. If you think you're confused, you should hear the experts.

As the so-called greenhouse gases continue to build up in the atmosphere, heat that normally would escape the earth is now trapped, caught. Think of a parked car on a hot day with the windows rolled up. The windshield lets sunlight in, but the same windshield does not let the infrared part of the light spectrum back out.
