Yes, wold hop teas have been used in Eastern Europe as an herbal remedy for insomnia for at least as long as they have been used in beer-making. Emerging research from a Oregon State University study suggests they have cancer-fighting properties and an extremely powerful new class of antioxidents as well, but that research in only in it's infancy.
Damn cool. I once asked a guy what you call this kind of poetry. He said Haiku! I said God bless you.
