HUT Web Cafe Celebrates Super Bowl XLV

I had the awesome opportunity to enjoy the Super Bowl XLV game at the new Hut Web Cafe in Marietta, Georgia. The Hut Web Cafe is located in a strip mall right off of Canton Road.

When you walk unto the Hut Web Cafe you have the feeling of going into a private club. Once you walk through the doors you cross through some beautiful chocolate drapes that frame the entrance and then the party really begins. There is a large projection screen on the left hand side of the building and there are lots of cute wooden cafe chairs as far as the eyes can see. At the end, you will find an area with a DJ and sound equipment.

Since this was a Super Bowl party, they used the DJ prior to the game beginning and during half time. Once you pass through the main dining room you enter an exclusive VIP area to your right that's sectioned off by lovely white silk drapes and beyond that area are comfy leather sofa, chairs and tables. The room also has surround sound and a flat screen state of the art LED.

In the same area to your left are fabric sofas and colorful chairs as well as lots of areas where you have flat screen computer monitors and desk. For a small fee you can browse to your hearts content at the Hut Web Cafe. I certainly understand where they got the name Web in the Hut Web Cafe, but what about the Hut portion? Well that was also evident as you walk through the venue. You'll see touches of bamboo on the walls and imitation grass at various Computer terminals. Even the restroom, there is a Hut theme, as you'll see a grass vanity where the sink sits nicely on and bamboo lining the walls.

So the Hut Web Cafe is the perfect place to browse the web, but what about the food? This is where the Cafe part comes in and let me tell you, they have the best of both worlds. The Hut Web Cafe has a large selection of African cuisine as well as American style food that includes fried chicken, beef patties, greens, Mac and cheese, various goat meat spiced, grilled and sauteed. The Hut Web Cafe typically offers buffet style dining as well as al la Carte. If you choose the buffet you will pay between $15.00 and $25.00 depending on the occasion and the al la carte items are priced between $3.00 and $8.00 a piece.

If you are like me and have a sweet tooth, don't worry, there are lots of tasty treats that include a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, or perhaps you want a little taste of the Island and you'd like to try the Pina Colada cake. The fantastic desserts are typically included in the price of the buffet so, it's a win win!
