Self Hypnosis and Hypnotizing Others

Johnny Moon

One day at the bookstore last summer I came across a book about self hypnosis called Instant Self Hypnosis: How to Hypnotize Yourself With Your Eyes Open. I had never really heard of this before but it caught my eye and I read a bit of the book at the store and was intrigued. I ended up buying the book. The book was very helpful in helping me understand hypnosis and how it works. Many people (including myself before I read this book) have the wrong idea about hypnosis from entertainment. "Stage Hypnosis" where people are made to cluck like a chicken and that sort of thing is an entirely different thing than the type of hypnosis I've put myself (and others) under. It's much more subtle but it is real and powerful. I've found it very useful for helping myself fall asleep as I have had a lot of problems with my sleeping pattern. I highly recommend this book if you are interested in self hypnosis. This book's focus is on using self hypnosis for self improvement. If you prefer to download an E Book immediately - Go Here.

Hypnosis can be used for self improvement but it can also be used for deep relaxation, it can be used to help with falling asleep, and it can be used if to explore different states of consciousness. It can also be used to try and control other people. This type of hypnosis may not be ethical of course but, well, it's not illegal. If you are interested in learning how to hypnotize others I recommend the site UndergroundHypnosis.com and/or Mindworks.UK.com
