leg and hold
left ankle
with left hand
raising right leg
at the same time.

that can do that?
Sun salutations
twenty minutes a day.
I can actually do this.
Inhale standing position
exhale bending forward
stretching arms,
hands touching floor...
Piece of cake.
Now, inhale to standing position
stretching arms upward
and exhale
arms down to the side...
Smooth.
Lower body strength
fifteen minutes a day.
Lunge position,
inhale stretching arms upward,
and exhale lowering arms
to the side. I'm loosing my balance here,
my legs are in pain...
I'll stick to sun salutations.
