I Don't Cry

My Biggest Secret

Caryn Murray

I don't cry when a relationship ends. I cry when I see a man who works 50 hours a week with furnaces has to heat his home with the oven because he can't afford the kerosene to keep his furnace running.

I don't cry when I stub a toe or even break a nail. I cry when I see a woman raising children on her own because thier father wasn't ready to grow up and face his responsibilities.

I don't cry when the Giants lose. I cry because a hardworking family starves so the government can take their money and give it to crackheads, who can use it for steak dinners and trade it fo crack.

I don't cry when the Titanic sinks and she lets Jack sink. I cry because there are people fighting for our freedom, standing up for our right to have our own opinion... and yet the common opinion is to call these heroes murderers.

I don't cry if you call me names. I cry for the women who have suffered and the men who get away with it. I cry for the men who are good and never recognized for it.

I don't cry when a close friend or relative leaves this world, I cry because of those who are suffering in this world!

This is a definite thinking article with lots of truth. Those things make me cry too.
