I Don't Know

Carmella Mae Dunkin

I don't know what to do anymore

I feel like my world is falling right through the floor

Oh Father please help me, I don't know how to go on

I feel as if all hope for my family and I is now gone

I'm told by friends that not asking for help makes me a sinner

Yet when I do ask for help I'm treated and made to feel like a looser

I don't know what to do anymore

and sometimes I just feel like giving up

but that is when I sit and Pray and ask you for your help

I know that all of this is part of a bigger plan

one that you have planned for us

it's just that sometimes it gets so tuff

trying to live through all this mold and dust

Nice poem. It shows that even religious people have a hard time, who doesn't? We aren't perfect, we doubt things like everyone else. I wrote something similiar but may have to edit it for AC.

Thank you. It was a very blue time for me, but it seems that is when I write the best.
