So you're sitting at a birthday party where young children are gathered. The entertainment is provided by someone who is making all kinds of art sculptures from balloons. Just how do they do that? You're not alone in wondering the secret behind this talent.

WHAT: Beginner Balloon Twisting

HIGHLIGHTS:

Larry MacDonald will share his expertise in the art of balloon twisting. This will be an hands-on activity where participants will have the opportunity to learn some fun techniques while creating unique animal sculptures of their own.

In case you can't attend this session, it will also be presented at the Blue Springs North Branch on Wednesday, November 16 at 2:00 p.m.

    Children usually love balloon animals~One caution though: be sure to watch little children that they do not ingest balloon fragments~It can be deadly~Don't mean to burst their balloon but safety first~

    My older sister is terrified of balloons. If someone holds one near her, she plugs her ears, closes her eyes and yells to get away. I think she would hate this activity. Haha!
