I Feel like Celebrating!
Tonight, I feel so happy;
And a little scared;
I found out that I am hired;
And I am temporary no longer;
I will trade evening hours;
To work during the daylight;
New people to meet;
And new lessons to learn;
Eight weeks of back-breaking work;
Has finally paid off;
But it is so late at night;
There is no one to tell;
All of my friends are sleeping;
And I am too excited;
Even though my back aches;
Sleep will not come easy;
For my mind is too busy;
So I am sharing this with you;
Just to let you know;
Prayers have been answered.

Thank you everyone....This is what I have worked so hard for. Hopefully, I will be able to work on getting a volume of poetry published in the near future. That is my new goal. I have been so blessed. Thank you for all of your prayers and support.
