I Finally Got Over 500,000 Views on AC!

I have only recently started paying attention to how many daily views I get on AC. I guess I never really paid much attention before because I really was not good at getting views.

I know when I first started publishing, I was lucky if I got 200 to 500 views per day. Then at the beginning of 2010, I learned about networking. I started networking and my views started to climb. But, no matter what I did, I could not get over 1,000 views per day.

Then suddenly my daily views jumped... by a lot. I think it started around the beginning of October. My guess is Halloween kicked in and that might have helped. I started getting 2,000, 3,000 and even 4,000 views per day. Compared to many writers here, that's still not much. But to me, it's a mountain of views, and I hope I keep on climbing!

Yesterday I had 499,936 views, so I expected to reach over 500,000 views today. And I did. I woke up to 503,514 views. I didn't think this day would ever come. Now I aim to reach 1,000,000 views. I know my new goal will not take as long.

Thank you to all of you who helped me get these views. I really do appreciate it. If there is any advice I could give to other AC writers, it's to just keep writing and start networking!
