Overall, I enjoyed the book, I Can Make You Happy. I enjoyed the CD and use it before sleep because it is very relaxing. Can Paul McKenna really make you Happy? I believe that if you follow the rules and use the system in the book along with the CD that you will be happier. If you stop following the rules you may begin to notice negativity again. Learning to listen to make the system a part of your daily life will prolong your happiness. The system may take some adjustments but they are not very difficult to master. Happiness is a choice we can make everyday. Choose happiness and choose to follow they 'Happy System' and good fortune will seem to follow you.
