I Heart Ronson for JCPenney; A Family Affair for Spring/Summer 2010
Charlotte and Mick Collaborate to Rock Out JCPenney
I Heart Ronson for JCPenney
Fashion designer Charlotte Ronson designs the cheap chic I Heart Ronson for JCPenney stores. This spring the collection is a throwback to 1980s fashion. The I Heart Ronson Lookbook features 17 complete looks that pay homage to the Brat Pack. However, the Brat Pack style of the 80s is not the only throwback featured this spring within the I Heart Ronson line.
Foreigner's Mick Jones, Hearts Ronson for JCPenney
Charlotte Ronson's stepfather, front man for the rock group, Foreigner, collaborated with Charlotte to create a line of limited-edition tees. These limited-edition tees feature the artwork from past Foreigner albums. A big bash dubbed the I Heart Ronson Tee Party was held on May 4, 2010 to promote the collaboration. The event was a family affair with Charlotte hosting, Foreigner playing and Charlotte's sister Samantha (Liloh's ex flame) on her guitar. Celebrity guests included Paris and Nicky Hilton, Rashida Jones, Nicole Richie and the very fashionable (at least for that night) Brittany Snow.
A Look at Two of the Foreigner I Heart Ronson Tees
The first tee is a black t-shirt with the artwork from the Album titled "4" by Foreigner, released in 1981. The tee made from a cotton/poly blend jersey knit is originally priced at $26.00. Sizes range from x-small to x-large and it is machine washable.
The second tee available at JCPenney.com is actually a tank top. A black tee with a studded neckline from the I Heart Ronson line features the cover art from Foreigner's 1984 album "Agent Provocateur". Originally priced at $26.00, this cotton/poly blend jersey knit tank is machine washable and comes in sizes from x-small to x-large.
These limited-edition tees mix in perfectly with the spring I Heart Ronson for JCPenney line. A great way for you and your friends to have fun and be fashionable in I Heart Ronson is to host an I Heart the 80s party. So let Charlotte provide the fashion, Foreigner the entertainment and you be the life of the party. Rock on, ladies!

Post a CommentI was surprised when I found out. I like the collection and the way the looks were presented in the lookbook. I recommend people view the lookbook, it is like flipping through a John Hughes reel.
Cool. I didn't know Ronson was teaming with JC Penny's. I'll check it out.
Great info, ShawnTe!
