You can also agree that vigorous exercise like running help you shed pounds very quickly. If you don't believe me then try to run 2 miles per day and you will be happy in your bikini because it's summer time now. What I noticed is that the flab we have on our face and body is consisted of fluid build up that can be flush out by vigorous exercising. Walking and slower exercises help your health but do not flush out the fluid build up quickly. If you want to look great for a date or some important event the next day then try running for an hour and everything will be tone down and you could lose as much as 2-3 lbs like I have.
I'm very happy that running helps me to look perfect in a bikini since it's summer time and I love going to the beach. I have not experience this kind of toning with many other exercises. It's true that many experts have stated that vigorous exercising make a huge change in your weight fast. Once I have learned the fast way to shed pounds I won't do anything else but running or anything that is equivalent but I think that running provides total body workout than other exercises. When you run, your body parts will have a chance to work together and flush out things together. Running takes a lot of energy to do and therefore you will burn a lot of calories and fats.
Running made me so thin to the point where I'm afraid to run so much because I can lose down to my bone. I'm hoping that people will include running into their workout because it does give faster result like we all wanted. Running also made me look years younger and this is an amazing gift from running. I don't know what I would do without my tennis shoes. The great thing about running is that you will also be burning calories and fat when at rest and throughout the next day.
