I love the snowflakes so pure and white;
they make such a pretty sight!

falling gently, without a sound.
I love the snowflakes, their praises sung;
I love to catch them on my tongue!
I love the snowflakes as they fall;
But what I do love most of all
Is when I hear my Mama say,
"Honey, there's no school today!"
