I Owe LegalZoom.Com A Big Apology

Richard L. Meister Jr.
In my article, Is LegalZoom.com All It's Cracked Up to Be, I stated LegalZoom.com didn't answer my questions in a timely fashion. I received an email from them today (9/3/10) telling me why. It was my fault. At the end of the email I gave them, I apparently typed "nt" rather than "net." So, a big apology to LegalZoom.com.

LegalZoom.com also answered my questions in a positive manner. However, this came too late. I've already taken care of the Power of Attorney for Mom. I will certainly check into LegalZoom.com in the future if I need any other legal forms. And I will definitely double check my email address.

Sorry, again, to LegalZoom.com for shooting off my writing skills before I knew the facts. That is one thing us writers should take very seriously. Not knowing the facts can get a writer into hot water. And, yes, LegalZoom.com is apparently all it's cracked up to be.

Mistakes happen, and you're certainly not the first person this has happened to. At least you set the record straight. Good to know. :)
