I Saw the Dragon on His Arm

YaoTzu
From a distance I respected his silence
But I admired his dragon
He pockets his money and removes his drenched shirt
He turns to reveal a full back piece
Stunning authentic needle pricked artwork bleed a troubled past
Captivating to those that knew what it meant
Scratch work to tattoo Nazis caught in a passing phase of doctorial originality
A former Yakuza with all his digits intact
The age of blood subsided by the age of Prada suits
The ronin cannot rejoice in the betrayal of his emperor
The sword is sheath
And the dragon becomes his only companion
To the secrets he must keep
