In the cold air's chill
I sit under this tree
Waiting and watching for anything
As a wolf is likely to do

Waiting and watching for the signs
To show somewhere through the winds
Hidden by the march of Winter's Chill
Will this be the Winter where I die?
Away from my former Pack in this cold
A choice I made long ago has made me wait
And here I wait still for something to show
Wait through this I shall do
For I promised I would continue my search
I would not give up my fight
Until someone shows me different
