I Spit on Your Grave (2010) is a remake of the 1978 cult classic about a writer who is staying in a cabin only to get raped by the Deliverence style locals. She turns the tables on them hardcore. Not as good as the original, but I made a drinking game.
Drinking Rules: Drink every time one of the following things happened. These have all ben tested for their effectiveness by a team of experts (drunks). If you aren't sure if you should drink then you should probably drink.
Drink Anytime...
-There is water
-Voyeur cam is used
-Drinking
-Things are stuck in someones mouth
-Murder
