I Try to Run

But There I Am

Stormy Rayne
I try to run
away from me
try as I might
it just cant be.

I try to run
forget the pain
no matter what
I'm there again.

I try to run
but still I see
I ran for miles
and followed me.

I tried to run
far away again
but wherever I go
right there I am.

    Nicely done, Laura. We are going to a rehab graduation this week. A young man we met has been clean & sober for 2 years now. I asked him the hardest part of the whole journey and he said "Me" Cheers.
