I Want Love
I want love, but does Love want me?
It seems I've been waiting for an eternity.
Will the love I have be enough.
To be recognized by Love.
Love is something I think everybody wants.
It's not guaranteed, your lucky if you have it once.
Some people take you for granted.
Thinking that you'll always be around.
Until they realize one day.
That your nowhere to be found.
I thought I had it once before.
It was a fake, so I showed it the door!
One time I thought I have it, it wants me.
Apparently it wanted everybody!

It's free it doesn't cost a thing.
I will be honest and true.
I expect the same from you.
I promise to do my part.
Never to trample upon your heart.
Think of all we could be, you and me.
Together we could accomplish anything.
If you give me a chance, I will be faithful.
I would be honored and grateful.
I want love, but does Love want me.
If it's meant to be, it will be.
For now we'll just have to wait and see.
If Love wants me, because I want love.
